Cancelation policy:

We understand that sometimes things come up in life. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the cancelation policy is as follows. By booking with California Ocean Adventures LLC you agree to the terms outlined below.

· Cancelations within 10 days of booking will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancelation fee.

· Cancelations within 30 days of trip departure will receive a 10% refund

· Cancelations within 60 days of trip departure will receive a 25% refund

· Cancelations more than 60 days of trip departure will receive a 75% refund

· No refunds will be given for cancelations less than 30 days of trip departure.

If a trip is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, California Ocean Adventures LLC will credit the account of the booked party(s) involved unless other agreements are made.

If you wish to cancel your trip with us and have found a replacement for your spot(s), a full refund minus a $30 fee will be issued.

If a trip is canceled by California Ocean Adventures LLC, a full refund will be given with no cancelation fee.
